itv player is not working anymore

I get an error with itvplayer: sorry the video could not be found.

I cleared my dns cache, disabled geolocation on firefox, updated the flashplayer, is there anything else I can do to get the player running again?

ah - i got mine working. I had a flash blocker installed, once i disabled it, an extra box came up about my postcode, and now it all works.
