Parking Crew fingerprinting | Programmatic access request

Hey foiks,

I work at a security company and the other week I found a ClickFix phishing page on a parked page ad network.  While digging into it I realised the parked page had pretty aggressive network based fingerprinting. 

Very few of the servers in the route check seem to reach.  https://airvpn.org/routes/?q=https://whoi.is 



Is there an official programatic way of checking these?  We'd like to automate choosing the most reliable exits, and it would be nice to filter the exit nodes easier than blind retrying and hoping for the best
