Hi Air VPN staff,

You have a free trial request on your website, and I had sent a request for a free trial to your support staff yesterday, but unfortunately did not receive a reply . Do you still have a free trial period, and is there any limitations to this account?

Also, do you have any money back guarantees on your service?

The reason I am thinking about switching is the VPN I use now is extremely slow at times, and drops connection occasionally. Hopefully, this is not an issue with Air VPN.
