Tunnel Status not showing connected in Devices

I have a tunnel marked #4 and it says it was only connected for 48 minutes yesterday even though it's been connected for weeks?  Furthermore port forwarding won't work because it reports "No ports" because it mistakenly thinks the tunnel is down!

Tunnel is fine -- handshake is every 25 seconds and I'm browsing through the server as we speak

I don't want to do a key change if I don't have to, is there any way to fix this?
