EDDIE CLIENT BLOCKING LOGIN

Tried to log in to my account via Eddie and it keeps claiming my login/password are incorrect. Tried uninstalling/reinstalling app and restarting machine - no change.

This isn't a great start to my first subscription with you.

Please advise how to resolve.
