ANSWERED Torrents speed "cancelling" problem UP and Down to 0 and back again in circles

Torrent downloads are acting weird. The port is green/open, and port forwarding seems to be correct.
But the speed keeps going up and down: it jumps to several megabits, then drops almost to zero, no sids, then looks like reconnecting again to them and they are usually stable ( we know ready to give downloads!) then goes up again.
It looks like all seeders disconnect, and then they appear again. What could cause this if the port is open? Depends on country? Starts recently...

MTU. You need to lower it. Do you use OpenVPN or Wireguard? Eddie?

Plus some problems started from 2.26.0, now 2.26.1, after installing 2.26.0 on top of it started dns leakage - so we did: 
force all network interfaces for dns and both layers in networking - inside the tunnel if supported otherwise blocked.

for now it seems ok with 1320 recommended, but what about Omit (WG automatic) ? is it any good?

WG automatic = omit causes Wireguard to calculate MTU on connect based on the gateway or endpoint addresses which can be too high for some setups since Wireguard doesn't take the connection type into account, so fragmentation takes place, and therefore problems with connections inside the tunnel. In my case, for example, MTU is set to 1420 on a v6 connection which doesn't work for me, so I manually adjust to 1392.
