Very inconsistent network speeds Fedora Linux

Good Morning everyone,

I have been experiencing extremely inconsistent network speeds since a few months.
Sometimes disconnecting and reconnecting fixes it, but not always. I can't seem to find a correlation.

I either connect through wg-quick or use nmcli. Both have the same issue.

Any way I could go about solving this issue / providing further logs?
