Tried both wireguard and openvpn. Even the alternative site swentr.site doesn't work. If I switch off the VPN I can reach the swentr.site address. The problem is only when using air vpn. I get an nxdomain error. Only airvpn DNS servers are listed on the ipleak test.

I got a month of Mullvad just to test and it won't connect to www.rt.com or swentr.site either, so perhaps rt is using some kind of filtering software? I'm on mobile 4g connection, I will try from my home network next week as I'm working away from home.

Got rt.com to work using Air VPN by selecting the Taiwan server, still from 4g connection on phone. Thanks ever so much for all the help.
