Help needed

Hi, i’m very new to VPNs and torrenting, so this might be a no brained question, but I got airVPN yesterday and was using it for torrenting on qBittorrent. I binded the torrent to and was running it though airVPN, but today when I try to connect my VPN to any server, it takes too long and says “handshake timeout.” It did this about 20 times in a row and i’m really unsure what to do, does it have anything to do with binding the torrent to the VPN?

If using Wireguard, bind to the local IP address. Not the interface name. The interface name can change for Wireguard, when you switch servers..

If using OpenVPN, bind to the intarface name. Not the local IP address. The local IP address can change for OpenVPN, when you switch servers.

EDIT: I don't use Eddie. I suppose Eddie could be different.
