What kind of information is kept from Paypal?

I'm not trying to hide from governments. So don't really feel like i need to use crypto; it's such a PIA to do it anyway, that i want to stay away from crypto. I'm just looking to hide my IP from copyright trolls, and malicous people on Discord, IRC, in games and honestly just trying to lower the amount of bots scanning my router 24/7 etc. The thing is my paypal is linked to an email that can easily be linked to me. So i was wondering if that email will then be linked to my account, show up when logging into my account under payment details etc? While i'm not trying to hide from governments etc. I still would prefer not have this email linked to my VPN account if possible. So just trying to figure out what account details look like when paying with Paypal and what kind of information is kept by AirVPN and for how long? I'm thinking about paying for 3 years around November, so just wanted to come on here, ask the questions and get all the information before then. There any reason you guys don't take cash or sell gift cards on Amazon or something like other providers do for the people who don't wanna use crypto? So that they can pay while not having their personal details linked directly to the VPN. It might not be the most secure way (gift cards), but it at least adds another layer someone would have to go through to get your personal information as they would then have to go to Amazon and try to link the order number to the gift card bought etc
