TP-LINK Hotspot

Hi, I have a problem at the moment. I am in Russia. My router is currently blocked. I would like to forward the hotspot from the router of the apartment (probably TP-LINK) with my Glinet MudiV2 (Openwrt) as a repeater with VPN. The connection is established, but no data is sent out. In another apartment I had no problems.
