Waking from sleep Fetch url error

I am a new user with little experience; thank you for your patience.

When I wake my computer from sleep I consistently get the error below (Checking route IPv4 failed, last reason: Fetch url error:Timeout was reached). I have gotten around waiting by using Eddie to Cancel then Connect and that usually allows me to skip "Flush DNS" loop.

I'm not sure where to start; please advise.
