An instance of Eddie is already running.

Hello,

I was torrenting and all of a sudden the VPN window went away. I tried to run it again and it said "An instance of Eddie is already running." I kept trying to open it, nothing. I tried uninstalling it, multiple times, and it won't go away. It gave me an error message that I don't remember unfortunately. The app is missing from my "Installed apps" screen but the icon is still there. I tried opening it again, it said the same message about it already running. What can be done about this? This is for a Windows 11 computer.
