Eddie 2.24.6 with Mac Screen Sharing vs. File Sharing

I have a headless Mac Mini server running AirVPN, accessible through Mac Screen Sharing from my MBP. 

With Eddie 2.21.8:
I can run Mac Screen Sharing to see the Mac Mini desktop, and also access files from the Mac Mini from the Network sidebar on the MBP, including external drives attached to the Mac Mini.

With Eddie 2.24.6:
I can access files from the Mac Mini from the Network sidebar on the MBP, including the external drives attached to the Mac Mini, but Mac Screen Sharing fails. 

Current OS on both machines: Sequoia 15.6, however I had the same issues with Sonoma.
The beta 2.24 also had this issue. 

Did something change on either Eddie's side or the MacOS side that would block Screen Sharing?
