Am I connected via eddie-cli?

When I run eddie-cli in a window on Ubuntu Server 22.04, it appears to go through all its steps and end with 

! 2025.07.20 10:09:32 - Connected.

However, when I navigate to https://airvpn.org/devices/ and click on Details for the same device, I get

Last VPN connection
From:    Today at 9:41 AM
To:    Today at 9:41 AM

For the most part apparently the last several weeks the connection is not maintained; however testing it right now it seems to have persisted - is there something I can do to improve the situation?
