Scheduled Connections

I'd like to start and stop my VPN connection on a schedule.
I have Eddie installed on Windows 11.
Is it hidden in the GUI settings somewhere and I missed it?
Or do I need to use the CLI and write my own script to schedule with cron?
This is probably very simple to implement, but I haven't been able to find any information during my search.

This, most likely. There is no scheduling in Eddie, and you might be the very first in the forums asking for it.

Do people tend to leave their VPN connected 24/7? If so, that would explain the lack of functionality.

I tend to turn it on and off as needed to minimize the VPN server load.

But a scheduling by time? Doesn't sound like any of those types of users really need it.

If I "need" it every morning from 1am to 6am to seed, it would be pretty useful.
It would keep me from running to my desk to turn the VPN & torrents on and off.

I tried to look through the CLI in preparation to write a script. I may have missed it, but is there documentation or a good guide for starting a connection through the CLI. Could you point me in the right direction?
