VPN Client with app based split tunneling for windows

Hi,
since other VPN providers offers clients for windows with app based split tunneling...
Is there some windows client app i can use with AirVPN where i can setup app-based split tunneling?

please don't link me to the guide in the forum for split tunneling, i want to put all through the tunnel except some apps (and these apps should be excluded from the tunnel)
