Noob here - Certain Youtube videos are blocked with the message "VPN/Proxy detected". How do I circumvent that?

This may just be me being incompetent, but I couldn't find any posts adressing this. I've tried switching server and protocol and that's about all I've found myself knowing how to do. Any advice?
