Request for Assistance with OpenBSD Server Configuration: Routing Specific Ports Through VPN

Dear all,

I was hoping you could help me with an OpenBSD server configuration I'm working on. I'm still a beginner at this, so please apologize if there are any mistakes in my explanation. 
 

Currently, I have successfully set up OpenVPN, and the VPN connection is working fine. However, I would like to add some customizations: 

1. I want all open ports/traffic to be routed through the VPN.
2. Exclude Port X from this routing. Port X should accept incoming connections directly (bypassing the VPN) and should never be routed through the VPN. 
3. Ideally, I would like a single program to exclusively use Port X.
