Ayatsuji 1 Posted 03/14/2025 Hello everyone, thx for your time reading this. I'm using qbittorrent, it's bind to airvpn, I have port forward on website and got the same port on qbittorrent. I unchecked the (use UPnP/NAT...etc). Yet, I cannot seed. I see peers, I've tried multiple torrents.. it's just not seeding. I looked over the reddit, and searched in the community but cannot find a valid solution. ps: I have Malwarebytes and Adguard (I've added both Eddie and qbittorrent to whitelist on malwarebytes) Also, qbittorrent is allowed in windows firewall for both public and private network. thx again in advance. OpenSourcerer 1467 Posted 03/14/2025 The screenshot does not show the referenced setting, which is under Advanced. But even in this little screenshot there's cause for concern. a) Disable uTP. b) Set all those limits, don't disable them. qB'll eat up all your network resources otherwise. Then: Is port 63042 the port you got automatically forwarded in the client area? Is said port in pool :1? Did you try checking the connection to the port in the client area? I will usually seed when not utilizing the pc, and I set them off to see if it will work or not. 3) Yes it is the port number and I did (test port) in the client area and it says (open) on the IPv4 but the others (IPv6) says timeout. what I learned from searching is: when forward a port, you put check mark on (p2p) and create a port, then you put it in the qbit. bluesjunior 45 Posted 03/15/2025 Check out the qBittorrent settings in the link. It has been valid for a few years now and works well. https://www.techjunkie.com/best-qbittorrent-settings/ Quote Share this post Link to post
Ayatsuji 1 Posted 03/15/2025 I dont know what happened, but after two days the upload starts working. Please note that I followed bluesjunior's recommendation (I had everything exactly as mentioned in the website) and followed the recommendations of OpenSourcerer as well. 1 bluesjunior reacted to this Quote Share this post Link to post
