Port forwarding apache on Mountain Lion OS-X

Hello,

I've been trying to troubleshoot my remote port forwarding issue but cannot figure out the problem. I've tried searching the forums as well. Hopefully someone can help or point me in the right direction.

I'm running Mountain Lion OS-X using apache to host a test web server. I'm configured the httpd.conf to listen on port 13668.

I can go to localhost:13668 and see the apache test page. I'm connected to the internet via DLINK router. I get a green light when checking my ports on the webpage but I do not get the apache test page when trying to connect to <my server exit IP>:13668

I've also tried to forward the router ports to my internal IP with no success. I'm probably doing something but can't figure it out. Please help!
