Eddie 2.24.6 ARM reconnection issues after sleep MacOS 15.2

I use it with network lock, some DNS ad blockers turned on in AirVPN web client, and port forwarding. It works well until computer goes to sleep. When it wakes up the following happens:

1. Network is blocked as it should due to network lock. Furthermore, as opposed to manual disconnect network settings indicate "no internet connection";
2. Eddie is trying to connect to VPN but never manages to (stuck at either flushing DNS or checking ipv4);
3. If I try to disable network lock I get "object reference not set to an instance of an object" error and cannot do anything more with the application;
4. I have to quit and reopen Eddie to be able to connect back to VPN. During this window network lock is also disabled and I can leak my IP, which is not ideal.

Any ideas why this could be happening?

Edit: my issue was fixed after a DNS reset.
