Connected to Taiyi I couldn't access the site at all.
Connected to veritate now it is working. 
But the route checking tool shows red for all servers.

As a government website they might be blocking VPN IP's.  Running something like crowdsec but enterprise level or something similar. With crowdsec I also can't access ny home server using airvpn. The only solution is to whitelist IPs. Which the auswaertige Amt obviously is not going to do.
