Eddie in Windows does not install for all users

Hello, I installed Eddie on my desktop pc with Windows 10 which I share with other family members. Apparently, Eddie only installed for the account where I ran the executable, because it doesn't start up on the other accounts when the PC is restarted and another user logs in. Is there a way to install eddie for all users?
