Is there a way to start a new Facebook account from Russia nowadays?

It seems impossible. Trying to do it without VPN - Roscomnadzor blocks it. Try to do it with VPN and facebook will demand all sorts of proofs including your selfie but "close account for imvestigation" before you can write a single message and then 2 days later it will be "permanently deleted". I tried with three different exit points for AirVPN, result is the same. Is there any way to start a new account nowadays (I never had an account before)?

Are the DPI bypassing tools of any help to access facebook? For example, GoodbyeDPI or the anti-zapret collection. Remember that custom config settings may be required. Though surely they won't work if the server IPs are blocked completely.
