Credit Coupon and Plan Coupon payment question

I have a concern about how Credit Coupons and Plan Coupons actually work. Can I use more than one coupon at once, as during the Black Friday sale when a BLACKFRIDAY sale coupon is already applied, and do I still need to add a payment method when using either of these coupons?
