On split tunneling, lacks features

It is already advanced that Eddie supports network-lock and split tunneling at the same time.
However the client app lacks multiple CIDRs inputting and hostname-based as well as application-based VPN tunnel split.

Host is supported. But I do not know if sub-host can be supported.
