YouTube Premium from cheaper country

Until not long ago I was paying for YouTube Premium in Ukraine because it was very cheap compared to prices in the EU.  However YouTube is cracking down on this and they canceled my subscription and now I can find any other way to subscribe from a cheaper country, i.e. Brazil.  Does anyone managed recently to do this?
