UnknownKoala 0 Posted ... Hello, I noticed that everytime you disconnect from AirVpn servers that your previously set DNS settings of your main ethernet adapter get restored. This sadly only applies to IPv4 and not IPv6. . 2024.09.10 19:26:07 - DNS IPv4 of a network adapter restored to original settings (Ethernet 2, to 1.1.1.1, 1.0.0.1) . 2024.09.10 19:26:07 - DNS IPv6 of a network adapter restored to original settings (Ethernet 2, to automatic) It should set the IPv6 DNS setting back to cloudflare 2606:4700:4700::1111 & 2606:4700:4700::1001 I'm using Windows 11 23H2 (22631.4037) with Eddie-UI version 2.21.8 Quote Share this post Link to post

It seems to work with the experimental version 2.24.2 . 2024.09.22 15:57:39 - DNS IPv4 of a network adapter restored to original settings (Ethernet 2, to 9.9.9.9,149.112.112.112) . 2024.09.22 15:57:39 - DNS IPv6 of a network adapter restored to original settings (Ethernet 2, to 2620:fe::fe,2620:fe::9) Do you recommend using the experimental version over the stable version? Is there any disclaimer or security risk that might come when using the experimental version? Quote Share this post Link to post
