Issues with Georgia US servers?

I've been having issues with Georgia servers lately (probably some others too that I'm forgetting). Basically, it gets stuck in a connecting loop. Sometimes, it gets stuck on disconnecting as well, so I have to terminate eddie-ui before restarting it. I attached my logs below. I modified some of the log info slightly to protect PII.
