ANSWERED nyaa.si times out

https://nyaa.si always times out with an "ERR_TIMED_OUT"

I have tried using servers in other countries as well as different servers within a country but to no luck.

Using the route checker it usually says "HTTP 200" for servers I have tried but it still times out when accessing from a browser. Some countries/servers say "HTTP Fail (no connect)." Strangely, Ping fails on all servers but not when I try for a mirror site (https://nyaa.iss.ink).

I'm getting 504 - Gateway Timeout with nyaa.si and fitgirl-repacks.site
I'd hoped to see a solution here

After searching around, on Reddit, it seems this may not be just a VPN problem but instead a recent problem with Twelve99's routes (as seen when running a traceroute).
