1. The website gives me a warning "your IP has been blocked"
1.I checked the Route-Checking Tool. It seems that most servers are blocked since it shows the 403 HTTP status code almost everywhere.
2. I checked ipleak.net and my ISP is not blocking me.

I would be very grateful if someone would help me.

Similar thing with kleinanzeigen.de, and probably tutti.ch. In Kleinanzeigen's case, there is a bit of a problem with accounts involved in fraud (especially involving intermediaries, we call it "Dreiecksbetrug", though the translation "triangle fraud" may not exist) and botting, preferably done via anonymizers like VPNs. So, blocks are one way to tone it down.

You should probably simply disable the VPN while shopping on willhaben.
