ANSWERED AirVPN suddenly quit working, getting OpenVPN errors in logs

Recommended Posts

I use the Eddie client on both my Windows 10 laptop and my Mac laptop. Eddie is still working on the Mac, however, it suddenly quit working on the Windows 10 devices and refuses to connect. Can someone help me fix this?

This is the error I'm seeing in the logs:

Log out in Eddie, then relog.

That worked, thanks! Weird as I totally uninstalled Eddie and reinstalled / logged in earlier to attempt to fix this issue. Not sure why it didn't work then.

Technically, what did logging out and back in do to fix it? Trying to learn here.

Relogging will update all keys used in Eddie. Uninstalling alone is not enough because it doesn't delete the Eddie profile in your home directory.
