www.dailymail.com blocked from all servers

https://www.dailymail.co.uk/ is being blocked from all servers. I've tried all the suggestions. Works fine with VPN disconnected.

Indeed it does. And from the other Latvian servers.

Came to mention that I've got this issue too. HTTP2 error when connected via UK servers, but works fine when connecting via servers in the Netherlands.
