Setting up Port Forwarding on OpnSense for Qbittorrent

On this guide here (https://airvpn.org/faq/port_forwarding/) it says do NOT forward on your router the same ports you use on your listening services while connected to the VPN. With that in mind, how would I go around port forwarding on Opnsense for qbittorrent?. I am not sure any advice I have read so far takes that line into consideration.
