Eddie always asks for Permission on startup

Hi. I am aware of the "Don't ask elevation every run" option in the settings of Eddie which I have enabled, but for some reason it doesn't seem to be working most of the time. It only sometimes does.
Whenever I boot up the PC the annoying windows popup comes up. 

I'm on windows 10 with the newest eddie version.

Is there a way to fix this? Thanks.
