simple suggestion but would help a lot at a glance - on https://airvpn.org/status/ please add a % of total bandwidth to the regions. 

For example
Earth would be 100%
and that is divided into 4 regions, wait I guess a mock image would look better.

it would feature % values as % of each other, as well as on a per country basis. could also add % utilisation too for a quick overview.

Sorry, what purpose would that serve? What kind of decision are you trying to make by looking at where the most bandwidth is? Wouldn't it make much more sense looking at the currently used bandwidth and basing a decision on that?
I mean, look. 660000 on Earth, and 232000 in America. Doesn't need a calculator to surmise a rough third is in America, 5% in Asia, 1% in Oceania and the rest is Europe, which would be around 60%. And once you calculate a rough estimate, those values don't change for months. It really doesn't make sense stealing text space for this.
