suddenly cant connect to ovpn

I am on a qnap ts 251d server. i have been using airvpn ovpn for long time without any problems. The last days after some updates i cant connect to the ovpn any more. QVPN application says: "This file contains incorrect parameters. Please edit the file or upload another (*.ovpn)."

So i download a new ivpn from new configurator. For some reason only ipv6 files are accepted regardless the ovpn profile i choose (2.4, 2.5 or 2.6). When i upload the configurator file to my QVPN application its accepted but it can't connect. it downloads nothing and the status is grey (see pic). I have tryied with several udp and tcp configurations but with the same outcome.... On the other hand the wiregard is still working without problem.
I don' t have much knoweledge on how to congigure it (it was simple and flowless until now...) so please help me.
