Need help with split tunneling

Hi,

I'm a complete noob when it comes to all this. I have a mac using Transmission as my torrent client and I can use either Eddie or Wireguard VPN app for AirVPN since I have both set up. What I'm wanting to do is exclude a game that I play from the VPN because my game blocks me from playing when the VPN is on. When I was using NordVPN and Surfshark they weren't blocked by my game but I need a VPN that allows port forwarding. Ideally I only really need to have my torrent client and maybe another app go through the VPN.

I've read a few guides but a lot of them aren't made for mac users. I've also gone into my network settings on my mac and selected VPN & Filters but Eddie doesn't show up on there where I could deselect it from sending all traffic through the VPN.

Any help would be appreciated!
