Most servers from Eddie Whitelist not getting a "score"

Quick question - apologies if this might have been asked in the past ...

Eddie 2.23.2, macOS. I usually have a few countries whitelisted from which I would like to have a connection (I don't really care about the country itself, as long it's a server based in my country whitelist in Eddie). Scoring rule is left on "Speed".

Recently I noticed, that in the servers tab, only a few servers have received a score ... in my example it's only the servers from Belgium. Hence, Eddie attempts only to make a connection from Belgium and ignores the other countries.

Question: what is the reason that the other servers (from those other countries in my whitelist) did not get a score? Clicking "Refresh connection list" in Eddie did not help either...
