Slow speeds using Eddie...What am I doing wrong?

Just came over from NordVPN for the Wireguard functionality's improved performance. Using Nord I would regularly see 200+ mbps using the Mac client. Using Eddie I see between 15-80 mbps when I let Eddie use the recommended server. Am I doing something wrong or is this about what I can expect with AirVPN?

You're doing something wrong. Although I don't have a Mac, I did regularly see 200 Mbps on NordVPN, while routinely I get double with AirVPN, 400+ Mbps. I ditched NordVPN for AirVPN not a long ago and not only do I have double speed, but I also have no regrets for the service as a whole. Eddie fires OpenVPN by default, go figure why - perhaps privacy reasons. Configure it to use WireGuard if you missed that. I read that on M1/M2 Mac systems WireGuard can be much faster than OpenVPN.
