Question Regarding Exit IP: How Many Exit IPs Does a Server Have?

Title says it all. Some of the older posts suggests that each server will only have 1 exit IP. Is this still true in 2023?

If i configure my client to only use one specific server does that mean i'll effectively have a static IP? (albeit shared with other users which I dont mind for my use case)
