Connecting and disconnecting on loop

Recommended Posts

Hello, new user here,

I just got AirVPN and it appears I've run across a problem. I cannot seem to connect to any server, whether a recommended one or selecting one from the server list. It keeps endlessly connecting then promptly disconnecting and this process repeats. I tried to read over past posts on the troubleshooting forum and attempt to follow the advice given to users in a similar situation to myself but it didn't seem to work. I am not very experienced in this and I think it would be best to ask directly on how to resolve my issue.

I have attached the log below. I apologise if this is a stupid thing to ask, I am clueless.

Kind Regards,

It is crucial to know what you tried, lest people will recommend the same things and we'll be filling this thread with rather time-wasting discussion. Please link to the threads/posts with things you tried.

. 2023.11.06 18:52:10 - OpenVPN > UDP link remote: [AF_INET]213.152.161.140:443
. 2023.11.06 18:52:42 - OpenVPN > [UNDEF] Inactivity timeout (--ping-exit), exiting

This suggests UDP might be restricted. Do you run any antivirus with a firewall, or a separate firewall program? Maybe on your router?
