Problem with iOs (WIreguard & OpenVPN)

i just cant make it work properly tried both Wireguard and OpenVPN (different ports and udp, tcp) always the same after phone is locked for 2-5 minutes after unlock it stuck in Reconnecting.

Helps only if manually I turn it off and on again. if someone can help i would really appreciate. tried to look in forum but couldn't find, and there was nothing in FAQ about this problem...

and cant understand how to make split tunnel

seems after a few hours it works, but why or how i dont know.

how to make automatic choice servers closer to me ?
