Inconsistent upload speeds

Hey guys.
I think my upload speeds are very inconsistent. I think with Mullvad it wasn't up and down like I have now.
Is there anything I can fine tune or tweak to have a more consistent speed? I'm using the experimental version to try different MTU , but it is still very up and down, like with the stable version.
I have a plan of 200mbp download and 100mbp upload, when testing connected to Spain I have pretty the speeds of the plan. So I dunno maybe I have something bad configured. I tried different servers too still have the issue or worst.
Ill post my Eddie logs as well with the , Speedtest , Qbitorrent connection settings , and the graph of the speed on Qbittorrent too.
