Eddie 2.21.8 glitch? after restart it reconnects to old server when told to reconnect to another?

Switching from a Canada server to closer same state in the USA server in order to get better upload speeds. 
Been using the Canada server for about 6 months and just stuck to that one so I set it to the "Green Check mark" + lock current + "red cross the rest" +Reconnect to last server at start.

Switched to the USA server and noticed that after the nightly restarts (media server issue) it keeps going back to canada even if I set the Canada one to the "red cross" + the usa to the "Green Check mark" +connected and then manual disconnected via the "disconnect" button and then reconnected with the "Connect to a recommended server" all sending me to the USA server but after a computer restart im in canada. 
Am i missing something?
