If you verified that it runs, in another PowerShell, list the processes, then find the exe of the server application you're trying to run in that list. Note the Process ID of that exe: > tasklist Then do another netstat, filtering by the process ID of that server application: > netstat -ano|Select-String "12345" This will tell you if, and if positive, on which socket the app is listening on.
