Stopping on Checking DNS ...

In last few days I began to experience this weird issues when I try to connect to a server and the connection process stops on "Checking DNS". I need to try various servers in order to randomly find the one which connects successfully. But I noticed another weird thing and it looks like this, as an example: lets say I'm trying to connect to Tucana server, the connection process stops on "Checking DNS..." I press "cancel", then I'm trying to connect to one of the Riga/Latvia servers and it went successfully, after that I disconnect from this server and right after I try to connect again to Tucana and it connects fine this time. This is very strange. A few days ago everything was working just fine. I was trying this with Eddie for Linux 2.23.1 and with an older version as well - 2.16.3.
