Is Eddie Android VPN reconnection supported OpenVPN

My protocol is OpenVPN.I had tried Enable/Disable “VPN reconnection” in Eddie Android.But I don’t know what different.

Both try reconnection and return system VPN disconnected.
My step is
1.Enable “Pause VPN when screen is off”
2.Enable Mobile Data
3.Connected to VPN
4.Disable Mobile data
5.Turn off screen 
6.Turn on screen
7.Wait Eddie return VPN disconnected 

Enable “Pause VPN when screen is off” is quickly simulation when VPN resume but networks cannot use.

This is really case,not different with screen on and mobile disable.
Sometime my ISP will block all traffic,maybe 30 minutes or 1 hour.This time resumed will return VPN disconnected.
