Wifi breaks after installing on Linux

I installed AirVPN on my Linux Mint 21.2 computer and after some time the wifi just stopped working and I think AirVPN might have been the cause.

"WiFi stopped working" is a pretty vague problem description. Are you simply not able to browse websites anymore? Or does it not connect to any access points anymore? What exactly is it that is not working?

it shows as connected but nothing that uses wifi works.

Post the output of these commands:

$ ping -c4 airvpn.org
$ ping -c4 5.196.64.52
